2011 Christian Writing Contest Accepting Short Stories and Poems Now.

Athanatos Christian Ministries (ACM) invites you to the 3rd Annual Christian Short Story and Poetry Contest. ACM is calling all young Christians to promote Christian world view through fiction. The ministry believes that the secular world is promoting itself through the arts and that Christians should be prepared to fight back.

All winners and honorable mentions receive complimentary access to Athanatos Christian Ministry’s online apologetics conference on literature. The grand prize winner of the 19 and up category of this contest will be invited to present at the conference. Short Stories Categories includes College (19 thru 90+) Category prizes are 1st Prize: $550, 2nd Prize: $300 and Three Runner Ups: $125 each. English as Second Language (International) 1st Prize is $100 and the High School (13 thru 18) Category prizes are 1st Prize: $300, 2nd Prize: $200, Three Runner Ups: $100 each and a $250 scholarship to be awarded. Finally for the Poetry Category, 1st Prize is $225, 2nd Prize is $150 and the 3rd Prize is $100.
