Why should the vast majority of the population, which is innocent, be made to pay for the crimes of the few, by removing everyone’s freedoms and liberties just so you can feel better?
One day you wake up and you realize that a vast number of our fellow citizens simply do not live in the same universe as we do. You cannot persuade people who live in this alternate universe.
