Another V Reaction as a Christian apologist

In previous reactions I stated my enjoyment at the not-so-subtle jabs of today’s current political and media environment.  This third episode delivered on this score, again.  ‘Anna’ the head of the Visitors, makes every effort to win the public relations war.  She warns that humans are fickle and easily swayed and that the media must be tightly controlled.  This is, of course, sadly true.  I won’t belabor this, but it was fun again to see this brazen jab… at who exactly?  We are left to imagine.  🙂  I guess that’s part of the fun.

Some More Thoughts on ABC’s Visitors

So ABC’s “V” was on again tonight.  I enjoyed it.  It lacked the same punch as the first episode but I still liked it.  It seems a little hurried to me.  Maybe there are too many commercials?  I’ve seen other hour long shows that seemed to really carry a narrative so I know its possible.  I can’t put my finger on it with “V” but it isn’t enough (yet) to push me away from future viewings.

A Christian Reaction to ABC’s “V” Visitors

I am hoping that ABC’s “V” takes the place that Heroes formerly occupied before it jumped dozens of sharks.  It is too soon to be sure, but there is certainly promise.
