Humane Society Liberals Turn Tables on Liberal ‘pro-choice’ Argument Applied to Death Row Dogs

I was minding my own business this morning just getting my kids ready for school when something on ABC News about dogs on death row came on.  I wasn’t really paying attention until suddenly I heard some statements that I had normally heard applied to unborn human babies.  I tracked down the corresponding article at ABC News.  Here it is.

In Conformance to Reality: What does Virginia Tech ‘show’ us?

I’ve had quite a few things on my plate this last week so I didn’t have much of an opportunity to comment on the V-tech massacre, even if I had wanted to.  Having listened to some of the media coverage, I’m frankly glad that I wasn’t able to hear more.  The run to make political hay out of the event was atrocious in my view but I noticed that my own comments could have been percieved as more of the same.  I spent some time reflecting on what was different in my reaction and commentary and this post is part … continue reading...

Response to Dawkins’s Preface

The reason why I have decided to address this book beginning with the preface is because it is here that I think we can see at a glance just how far off Mr. Dawkins is from credibly speaking to God as a ‘delusion’ or even ‘religion’ in general. There are three minor points and one major point that I wish to make.

Some introductory Remarks

Welcome to my Christian Apologetics page. This site is a long time in coming and is born of many debates- both online and off. I personally nearly abandoned the Christian faith in college. For all I know, I did. God only knows. I did this deliberately. That is, disillusioned by my unanswered questions, I decided to forget all that I thought I knew and rebuild.
